What is your booking process, Ms?
1. To book time with Me, fill in this form. Replies can take up to 72 hrs.
2. You will be contacted by email (and if necessary, by phone) to confirm the date, and be sent a payment link – make sure your contact details are correct.
3. In Person Sessions: After your booking is secured, I may send you a questionnaire to complete. If needed, you can also book a Virtual Consultation to go through any requirements you have.
I need to cancel. What is the refund policy?
1. Deposits (partial and full) are non-refundable.
2. Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the session can be rescheduled within 60 days of the original session date.
3. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the session will result in liability for the full session fee.
4. In the rare event that I must cancel, clients may request a full refund or reschedule the appointment within 60 days of the original date.
How much does it cost to book time with You?
Please refer to the Rates page for detailed information on the ways we can spend time together including rates for the majority of services I provide.
A few services do not list a flat rate. If you are interested in these services, a consultation is required after initial contact to discuss your specific needs and requirements further. I will mention this in My initial email replying to your form.
Payment and deposits: how do they work?
A deposit is required to secure a session.
An session is not confirmed without a deposit. Deposits cover accommodation and travel expenses.

In-person session:
A 50% deposit must be paid at the time of booking.
The remining balance is to be paid at the time of the appointment.

How do You prefer I tribute?

Introductions, discussing our needs and limits, check-ins, and aftercare all take time. I prefer 90 minute sessions because it gives us time to pace ourselves.
If you do want an hour in-person session, there are a few points to take into account:
1. Play time is shorter: Discussing our needs and limits, check-in, and aftercare still need to be done, which will take away from the physical session.
2. The full balance is required at the time of booking: If you want an hour session, the full balance is needed at the time of booking.
3. Dungeons aren’t usually lenient with time: An hour is usually an hour when it comes to dungeon hire. On the off-chance that business is a little slow, they may show grace and be a little generous with time, however this is not a regular occurrence.
4. Suggestion: Booking an initial 90 minute session. We can discuss 1 hour sessions after the session, if still needed.
Can I book a 90 minute in-person session instead of 1 hour? A 2 hour session is too long for me.
