Payment Policy
I maintain a strict payment policy to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all parties involved. Please read and understand the following terms and conditions:
Payment Terms
All payments must be made in the method agreed upon in advance.
Online Sessions
100% of the payment is required prior to the start of the session.
In-Person Sessions
A 50% deposit is required to secure the appointment, along with any additional accommodation expenses.
The remaining balance must be paid before the session begins.
If you request that I arrange the session space, the associated cost must be added to your initial deposit. A quote will be provided during the consultation or booking confirmation stage.
Please Note: If you request that I arrange the session space, it is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the hotel or venue's cancellation and refund policy. These third-party terms may override my 48-hour rescheduling policy. For example, some hotels are non-refundable or require cancellations 2–7 days in advance. If I have already booked a space on your behalf, and you choose to cancel or reschedule, you will still be liable for the associated venue cost.
Social Dates
A 50% deposit is required to secure the appointment.
Keyholding
Weekly payments in advance are required prior to each session.
Cancellation Policy/ No-Shows
Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferable under certain circumstances.
If the client cancels with less than 48 hours' notice, the deposit is forfeited and non-transferable.
No-shows: Clients may be blocked from future services. An unblock fee, determined at my discretion, may be applied to the client's details.
If the client cancels with more than 48 hours' notice, the balance can be transferred to a new appointment within 60 days of the original appointment date.
In the rare event that I must cancel, clients can request a refund or reschedule the appointment within 60 days of the original date.

Ethical Considerations and Non-Negotiables
Sessions are to be conducted sober; no alcohol or drugs are permitted.
Clients and Dominatrices will remain fully clothed during sessions.
No illegal activities or play will be entertained.
No additional guests are allowed without prior agreement.
By engaging in any service with me, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these payment terms and conditions.
